1. Definitions and Scope

These Terms govern bookings made via holataxi.es (the “Website”), operated by Holataxi (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our services or submitting a booking, you agree to these Terms.

Client/Passenger: the person or entity making the reservation.

Service: ground transportation including airport transfers, point-to-point, hourly chauffeur, and custom rides provided by us or partners.

Vehicle Category: the booked service level (e.g., Economy/Standard/Executive/First Class/Van), not a specific model.

Booking Confirmation: our email/WhatsApp message sent after successful payment confirming full trip details.

2. Booking & Reservation

Eligibility: You must be 18+, provide truthful information, and have legal capacity. We may cancel non-compliant bookings.

Process: Select service, category, pickup/drop-off, date/time; add passengers/extras (e.g., child seats); review fare; complete payment.

Confirmation: Contract forms when we send the Booking Confirmation after payment. If we cannot provide the service, we will notify you and refund in full.

3. Prices & Payments

Currency: All prices in Euros (€), taxes included unless stated.

Estimates: Fare shown is based on your info; final price may change for route changes, extra waiting, extra stops, or added services.

Methods: Card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), Stripe, Bizum/PayPal (pre-arranged), or bank transfer for groups/business. On-board card/cash by agreement.

Timing: Full prepayment is usually required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Security: Payments are processed via secure, PCI-DSS compliant processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store card numbers.

Invoice: Receipt/invoice is emailed automatically; VAT invoice on request.

4. Modifications & Cancellations

Changes: Request changes (time/route/passengers/extras) up to 24h before pickup via email or WhatsApp; valid once confirmed by our team. Fees may apply.

Last-minute: <24h requests are not guaranteed; extra fees may apply.

Cancellations (Holataxi policy):

Cancellations must be submitted via email or WhatsApp (+34 664 02 39 26) and are valid only when confirmed by our team.

  • 90% refund if cancelled ≥ 48h before pickup (10% retained for admin/processing).
  • 50% refund if cancelled 24–48h before pickup.
  • No refund if cancelled < 24h before pickup or no-show.

Refund method: Same payment method within 7–10 business days; third-party fees may be deducted unless our error.

Force majeure: Severe weather, strikes, civil unrest, etc.: we’ll reschedule or refund if service is not possible. Flight cancellations/major delays notified in time may be rescheduled subject to availability.

5. Pickup, Waiting & No-Show

Airports: 60 minutes free from actual landing (we track flights).

Hotels/addresses: 15 minutes free from scheduled time.

Cruise port: 30 minutes free.

Beyond grace: Waiting may be billed per started 15-minute blocks.

No-show: If unreachable and not present within the waiting period, the ride is charged in full.

6. Luggage & Extras

Allowance: 1 suitcase + 1 cabin bag per passenger unless agreed. Declare oversized/extra items (skis, strollers, wheelchairs, golf bags, instruments).

Pets: Allowed in private transfers in carriers; cleaning surcharges may apply.

Child seats: Infant/child/booster seats on request; please pre-book to guarantee availability.

7. Vehicles, Drivers & Conduct

Standards: Vehicles are clean, climate-controlled, maintained, and compliant. Images are illustrative; we may upgrade category at no extra cost if needed.

Drivers: Licensed and insured; courteous service and luggage assistance when appropriate.

Conduct & safety: No smoking/vaping; drivers may refuse service for safety/abuse issues.

8. Liability & Insurance

Travel insurance: Recommended for delays, cancellations, health issues, luggage loss/damage.

Limitation: We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (missed flights, lost income). Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, except where prohibited by law.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, incidents, or third parties.

9. Website & Intellectual Property

Content on holataxi.es (text, images, logos, design, code) is ours or licensed. You may not reproduce/distribute/modify without permission. Do not misuse the Website (malware, scraping, unauthorized access).

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy (GDPR/LOPDGDD). Cookies are managed via our consent banner and Cookies Policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. Courts of Barcelona, Spain (unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise).
